Liz Ciokajlo is a London-based designer with a background in product & furniture design, and fashion accessories. Her work focuses on the objectifying of the shoe.
Her latest project, ‘Natural Selection’ started with the examination of how 3D printing could alter footwear architecture and identify new design constructions.
Frustrated by the limited use of natural material in 3D print, studies were made with various natural non-wovens as a potential material arrangement that could be developed by specialists to drive the materials used in additive manufacturing.
